It’s funny how plans can change. One day you’re sitting in a college classroom doing coursework on route to becoming a dental hygienist. The next, you’re a recently hired office manager on an ambitious mission to obtain success for yourself and those around you.

 

For Tiffany Roland, this career trajectory – although unexpected – worked out ideally, as now the Nebraska State General Agent plies her trade not by filling cavities and flossing strangers, but rather by making a difference in her client’s lives.

 

“I joined American Income Life while I was still in college,” recalls Tiffany, “but after seeing all the success around me, and realizing that I too could find that same success, I was inspired.”

 

So onward Tiffany trekked down the American Income Life path, gaining confidence and enthusiasm each day that her career about-face was one of the best decisions she’s ever made. While dental hygiene is undeniably important, few things in life are as important, Tiffany says, “as providing people the comfort and reassurance they’re protected.”

 

“On top of protecting my clients, it’s been equally rewarding to help my colleagues achieve the level of success they’re after,” says Tiffany. To see someone achieve their dreams, and in the process see them change their lives and the lives of their families, I’d say is the best part of this whole opportunity I’ve been given.”

 

Tiffany is quick to urge others to stay on the AIL path, acknowledging the job serves as a perfect meeting point between making a difference and making money.

 

“Like I tell people – if you really want to make a difference, and want to be financially rewarded for doing so, then Opportunity Unlimited is for you.”

 

As the next generation of AIL Agents hop aboard, Tiffany will surely be there, eager to help them along a path similar to her own.

 

“It’s an amazing career,” Tiffany said, “something I always want to be a part of.”
